Signature Events

General meetings are held monthly from February through December with some exceptions. Some months of the year, the club replaces its general meeting with one of its signature events, described below. Check the GISC calendar for all events and activities.

March - Oyster Roast

The Club provides the oysters, beverages, oyster knives and gloves plus paper products. Members bring a covered dish to share. Event is free to members in good standing.

4th of July BBQ & Fireworks

Members gather on our nation's birthday for a real American BBQ. The club furnishes burgers, hot dogs, buns, condiments, paper products and beverages. Members bring covered dishes to share. Afterwards everyone enjoys fireworks across from Brunswick Landing Marina.

October - Chili Fest

Bring your appetite! And join in the competition. Make your famous chili recipe and see if yours is the best! Club provides beverages and prizes.

December - Holiday Party & Elections

Annual holiday party with festive holiday dishes to share. Club members are elected for the follow year.
